Marriott & Co. Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing
Richmond, Va. — Marriott & Co., a premier middle-market investment banking firm based in Richmond, VA, is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing (“Blazer” or the “Company”) in its sale to Southern Home Services, a leading consolidator of home service brands across the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic U.S. Southern Home Services is a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors. The transaction closed on May 18, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This represents Marriott & Co.’s third successful transaction in the HVAC services industry.
