Buyer and Investor Access
Marriott & Co. maintains relationships with a large number of capital providers that are relevant to our middle market client base, including private equity firms, mezzanine capital providers and senior lenders. We have also developed proprietary relationships with a number of buyers and investors that are often “overlooked” by other middle market investment banks, such as family offices and other alternative buyers and investors. Throughout our history, we have also demonstrated an ability to access relevant domestic and international strategic buyers on our transactions, regardless of industry, including several sales to publicly-traded companies.
