Marriott & Co. Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Hunter Mechanical
Richmond, Va. — Marriott & Co., a premier middle-market investment banking firm based in Richmond, VA, is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hunter Mechanical, LLC (“Hunter Mechanical” or the “Company”) in its sale to Thermal Concepts, a leading provider of maintenance, repair, and installation services for commercial HVAC and building control systems. Thermal Concepts is a portfolio company of Trivest Partners VI, LP and Halmos Capital Partners. The transaction closed on April 2, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This represents Marriott & Co.’s second successful transaction in the HVAC services industry.
