Aegisound is a manufacturer of high performance, technologically advanced, integrated solutions for hearing loss prevention, communication, personal protection and safety in extreme noise environments. Aegisound’s products utilize patented technologies developed and owned by the Company that allow users to operate effectively in noise environments ranging from 105-150 db(A). Aegisound provides its products to the ground crews on the U.S. F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program, among other military and industrial customers.

Aegisound was acquired by Gentex Corporation in September 2015. Marriott & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Aegisound on this transaction.
