Ecolab Pest Elimination announced the acquisition of Meridian Bird Removal, a provider of commercial bird services in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. Ecolab said Meridian Bird Removal, based in Christiansburg, Va. and founded in 2010, removes nuisance birds in a fast, effective and safe manner for customers.

Marriott & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Meridian Bird Control in its sale to Ecolab, Inc. (NYSE: ECL).
