Marriott & Co. Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Meridian Bird Removal
ST. Paul, Minn. — Ecolab Pest Elimination announced the acquisition of Meridian Bird Removal, a provider of commercial bird services in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Ecolab said Meridian Bird Removal, based in Christiansburg, Va. and founded in 2010, removes nuisance birds in a fast, effective and safe manner for customers.

The transaction closed on April 20, 2026. No additional transaction terms will be disclosed.
