Electronics Corp. (“M. & G.” or the “Company”) in its merger with Kauffman Engineering, Inc. (“Kauffman”), a privately owned company headquartered in Lebanon, Indiana that supplies electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies, populated circuit boards, molded power plugs and value-added assemblies to a broad range of markets. The transaction closed on February 1, 2016; financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
